Services

Community Attire is a full-service private label apparel manufacturer. We provide comprehensive manufacturing and supply chain solutions for retailers, brands, institutions, and government agencies.

Our network includes 50+ factory partners across Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Central America, and Europe, enabling us to offer flexible production options and competitive pricing.

Services include product design consultation, sampling, production, quality control, and fulfillment under FOB (Free on Board) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options.

Ordering and Agreement

Orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order with Community Attire, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Written quotes and order confirmations constitute the entire agreement between you and Community Attire regarding the ordered products. Any modifications to orders must be made in writing and confirmed by Community Attire.

Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product, material, and factory. Minimum order details will be specified in quotes provided by our team.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Pricing includes manufacturing, basic QC inspection, and packing. Additional services such as special labeling, expedited shipping, or custom packaging will be quoted separately.

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date for approved accounts. A 50% deposit is required at order confirmation, with the final balance due before shipment. Wire transfers are the preferred payment method.

Community Attire reserves the right to require payment in full prior to production for new customers or orders above established credit limits.

All applicable taxes, tariffs, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Prices do not include insurance unless specifically noted in the quote.

Shipping and Delivery

Two primary shipping options are available:

  • FOB (Free on Board): Risk and title transfer to buyer when goods are delivered to the carrier. Buyer is responsible for international freight, insurance, and customs clearance.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Community Attire arranges and pays for shipping and duties. Goods are delivered to the specified location. Risk transfers upon delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates based on typical production and shipping timeframes. Community Attire is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances including weather, port congestion, customs issues, carrier delays, or force majeure events.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting goods upon arrival. Claims for damage or shortage must be reported in writing within 5 business days of delivery.

Quality Standards and Inspection

Community Attire maintains strict quality control standards across our factory network. All orders undergo inspection before shipment according to industry-standard AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards specified in quotes.

Inspection protocols include:

  • In-process quality checks during production
  • Pre-shipment final inspection of finished goods
  • Verification of measurements, colors, and materials
  • Random sampling and testing as specified

Customers may request third-party inspection by approved inspection companies. Inspection costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Quality claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery with supporting documentation and photos.

Intellectual Property Rights

Customers retain all intellectual property rights to their original designs, logos, trademarks, and proprietary information. Community Attire claims no ownership rights to customer-provided designs or specifications.

Community Attire will maintain the confidentiality of all customer designs and specifications and will not use them for any purpose other than manufacturing the ordered products. Designs will not be shared with third parties without written authorization.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their designs, materials, and specifications do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Community Attire respects all intellectual property laws and regulations. We will not manufacture counterfeit goods or products that infringe on the rights of others.

Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMMUNITY ATTIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Community Attire's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order that gave rise to the claim.

Community Attire is not liable for:

  • Delays in production or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Damage to goods after delivery to carrier (FOB orders)
  • Customs or regulatory issues related to importing goods
  • Color variations due to dye lot differences or manufacturing processes
  • Natural shrinkage or wear after customer use
  • Costs related to reselling or disposing of goods

Cancellation and Order Changes

Orders may be cancelled or significantly modified only before production begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@communityattire.com.

If production has already commenced, the following policies apply:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of order confirmation: 100% deposit retained as penalty
  • Cancellations after production has started: Full payment due for goods produced
  • Partial order reductions may incur additional fees

For orders with expedited production timelines, refund policies may be more restrictive. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in each quote.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Community Attire warrants that all goods will be manufactured according to the specifications and samples approved by the customer and that materials will be of merchantable quality.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, COMMUNITY ATTIRE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OF TITLE.

Warranty claims must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery with documentation of the defect. Community Attire may request samples for inspection.

The sole remedy for breach of warranty shall be, at Community Attire's election, either repair or replacement of the defective goods at no additional cost to the customer. This warranty does not cover defects caused by customer mishandling, improper storage, or use beyond the product's intended purpose.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no breach by the disclosing party.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, disputes will be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of 30 days.

If negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, with one arbitrator, to be conducted in Los Angeles, California.

Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, with the arbitrator's fees split equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
