Leadership
The people who'll work on your program.
Every client gets a production lead, an account manager, and access to our sourcing and QC teams. No one on staff has the word “synergy” in their title.

Zachary Kaufman
Founder & CEO
Zachary Kaufman is the founder and CEO of Community Attire. He built and ran apparel brands as an operator before he built the sourcing practice — which has shaped the company's positioning ever since: a custom-matched sourcing navigator, not a single-tier manufacturer.
His background spans the full production lifecycle — from garment construction and materials sourcing through factory-level quality control and international logistics. That operational depth drives how Community Attire matches each program to the factory tier that fits its actual price, quality, and speed constraints — top-tier ISO-certified when the buyer requires it, cost-optimized mid-tier when the program allows.
When global supply chains fractured during COVID-19, Kaufman redirected Community Attire's sourcing network to source and distribute protective equipment to healthcare systems and government agencies. The institutional and federal relationships that came out of that work — LAUSD, U.S. DHS, City of San Francisco, Philadelphia Department of Public Health, Comfort Keepers — still run programs with us.
“The companies that work well with us understand that sourcing isn't a commodity. Getting the product right the first time, at the tier that fits the program, requires a real partnership — not a single floor and a template.”
